What is the Exchange Policy?

We adopt a 7-day exchange policy and all eligible products can be returned for a new product or store credit, which will be valid for a year. You may fill the ‘Return Request’ section found at the bottom of our website or email us at hello@duskattire.com within 7 days of buying the product to raise a return request.

*Note: Please make sure the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. 

 

What is the Refund Policy?

We do not provide refunds. We offer store credit which is valid for up to one year.
